Pilot Program
Fall 2026
A no-cost research partnership with 1–3 schools. You get a platform that actually works and data you can use. We get the feedback that makes it worth building.
What pilot schools get
Full platform access
Student, Teacher, Parent, and Admin portals at no cost for the full pilot semester. No credit card. No commitment beyond the semester.
Live onboarding
A live walkthrough with Brian before your first day. Your class is set up, your students are imported, your first sprint is ready. Target: live in your classroom within one week of acceptance.
Direct line to the developer
Pilot teachers have a direct channel to Brian — a 16-year classroom teacher who answers his own email. When you identify a problem, it goes on the build list. You are shaping the product.
Student growth reports
End-of-semester GAR (Growth Above Replacement) reports for every student in your pilot class. Actual growth data, adjusted for intake level, in a format you can show parents and administrators.
IRB research partnership
Anonymized, aggregate usage data contributes to doctoral research on EdTech Fatigue at Notre Dame of Maryland University. Full data transparency. No identifiable student data leaves your school.
Selection criteria
We are looking for schools that:
Grades 5–12 (the evidence supports technology as an accelerator at this level)
Willingness to designate 1–2 classrooms for the full semester
A teacher champion who will engage with the platform, not just assign it
Honest feedback — including when things break
IRB research participation consent from participating students and families
What we are honest about
- ●
Gregarious is not piloting at any school yet. You would be among the first.
- ●
The platform is production-ready for ELA 5–12 adaptive sprints and the Teacher dashboard. Other subjects are in active development.
- ●
This is a working collaboration between a developer and educators who know what the classroom needs. It is not a finished product handed to you.
- ●
We will ask for your feedback, including the hard kind. We will act on it.
Gregarious was built by Brian Adams — a 16-year ELA teacher, National Board Certified, English Department Chair at a STEM charter school, and EdD candidate at Notre Dame of Maryland University researching EdTech Fatigue. Pilot schools are not beta testers. They are co-researchers.
